Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanged jewelry must be in pristine and sellable condition. Unworn and unaltered jewelry is eligible for a shopping credit or exchange within 14 days from delivery date. All made-to-order/ special orders are final sale.  Please email info@suleejewelry.com to start your exchange.
