DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Every orders is fully insured and shipped via UPS with signature required upon delivery. To ensure safe delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If an alternative address is needed, please not this may cause a delay in processing. Please allow up to two business days for processing and fulfillment of all in-stock items. Once processed, orders will ship as follows:

*Orders valued below $10,000 will ship UPS 2nd-day air with signature required.

*Orders valued $10,000+ will ship UPS next-day air with signature required.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs office. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information on potential import costs before placing your order. 

 

MADE-TO-ORDER & SPECIAL ORDERS

All made-to-order and special order pieces are final sale. Estimated lead time on all made-to-order and special order pieces are 4-6 weeks. Once completed, your piece will ship with the same insured UPS service as above. 

 

EXCHANGES ONLY

We do not accept returns for refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and accompanied by all original packaging.
